RECIPES: Berry Light Breakfast Smoothie
Whenever I can add vegetables to my smoothies, I’m happy! During a mid-day slump, this Carrot Orange Mango Smoothie is an energizing (and veggie-filled!) snack. I love the hint of lime juice which gives the drink an extra zing!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup carrot juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup frozen mango
- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Optional: 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt for added protein
