RECIPES: Chocolate Milkshake Protein Smoothie


Ingredients:
8 ice cubes.
½ ripe banana.
½ cup unsweetened almond milk or your choice of liquid.
1 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powder.
2 tbsp raw cacao powder.
1/2 tsp instant espresso powder optional.
pinch salt.
